Slit Mesh

Slit Mesh is one of Xinshida's main deep-processing products and is well received by customers. We use special mesh splitting equipment for production, which can accurately cut large rolls of mesh into strips of the required width. Our customized wire mesh splitting equipment can handle mesh rolls up to 60 inches in width, with a cutting width accuracy of ±0.5mm and a minimum cutting width of 1 inch, meeting customers' needs for different sizes.

Common materials include stainless steel, galvanized steel, epoxy-coated steel, epoxy-coated aluminum, copper, etc. Split mesh products are usually used in various application scenarios such as fine filtration, industrial isolation, mechanical protection, etc., and can effectively provide the required strength and durability.

Extruder Screen

Extruder mesh is a high-precision screen product provided by Xinshida for the extrusion industry. We provide single-layer or multi-layer welded mesh according to customer needs. The materials include stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 317L, 904L, Monel, Hastelloy, etc. This product has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, and deformation resistance.
