Quality Control

XinShiDa is GB/T19001-2016 / ISO9001:2015 certified (ISO registration number: 06721Q20630R1M). Our in-house testing covers X-ray inspection, micron testing, mesh inspection, and customized testing services. We also provide specific certificates such as stainless steel mesh salt spray test report, RoHS directive test report, White House micron test report, and MSDS certificate.


XinShiDa has rich experience in quality management, optimized production processes, and implemented strict quality control measures. We implement production planning, first sample inspection (FAI), process route inspection, and 100% pre-shipment inspection throughout the process to ensure that we provide customers with high-quality products. We always put customer needs first, and through in-depth communication with customers, we accurately understand their core requirements, so as to continuously improve the quality management system and provide professional services.


Raw material inspection:

Olympus handheld XRF analyzer

Used to analyze the chemical composition of metals, it can accurately analyze the chemical composition of raw materials within 30 seconds, and keep permanent test records to ensure the traceability of raw material quality.

Electrical universal testing machine

This equipment is used to test the mechanical properties of materials, such as elongation, tensile strength, tearing, peeling, cutting, bending and compression, etc. It can calculate the maximum tensile force, yield strength, average peeling force, maximum deformation, yield point and elastic modulus, etc.


Test report:

We provide free factory certificates and can provide customers with samples and third-party testing services, such as RoHS, SGS, MSDS, White House micron testing, etc.

Quality control:

According to the ISO9001 quality system and ASTM E2016-15 mesh quality standard, we implement 100% pre-shipment inspection, including mesh size, wire diameter, mesh size, weaving defects and other aspects. The stretching process is an effective way to adjust the straightness of the weft and enhance the strength of the mesh. During the cutting process, we will also conduct a secondary inspection of mesh defects and surface quality.

Xinshida's epoxy coated mesh products have passed a series of strict quality controls such as salt spray testing and high temperature oil resistance testing. We also have folding equipment that can simulate the production process and test the performance of epoxy resin coating at different temperatures to support the research and development of new products.
