Wire mesh count refers to the number of mesh holes per inch in length. The higher the mesh count, the finer the mesh holes. Wire mesh with different mesh counts has different application scenarios.


1. Low mesh wire mesh (1-20 mesh):  

Features: large mesh holes, good light transmittance, strong ventilation, and high tensile strength.  

Application scenarios:  

Construction field: building fences, safety protection meshes, exterior wall decoration meshes, etc.  

Industry field: mine screening, mechanical equipment protection, ventilation and heat dissipation, etc.

How to choose the right mesh?  

Choose according to the filtration accuracy requirements: the smaller the particles to be filtered, the higher the mesh required.  

Choose according to the air permeability requirements: for scenes with good ventilation, choose a mesh with a lower mesh count.  

Choose according to the tensile strength requirements: choose a mesh with a lower mesh count for scenes with greater tensile force.
